Paul Smalley, Managing Director of Paper Mountain Solutions, gave a speech at the University of Essex today on the benefits of Graduate Internships. Paper Mountain Solutions have a great deal of experience with internships and believe they offer a fantastic opportunity for graduates to gain invaluable work experience and permanent positions as well as providing businesses with access to a large pool of potential employees with relevant qualifications.

Paper Mountain Solutions' most recent experience of Graduate Internships proved a massive success when finance administrator Tsvetelina Blagoeva completed a three month internship before being taking on as a permanent member of staff in January this year. The business has been so impressed with the results that they are planning to take on additional graduates to complete a three month project to develop a trade sales desk for a client with large growth ambitions.
