You would have thought that it would be easy to put a price on say an administrator - is it £15,000 a year? Let's look at the break down:

So is this the true cost - sadly not for you! Would your member of staff be working 100% of the time? Probably not! We estimate that if you get 90% 'chargeable' time out of your member of staff you are doing well, but this lifts the cost for the staff member to £25,655.
Does it stop there? No - you need to factor in the rent of the office, business rates, cost of the furniture, elctricity, insurance....is there anything I have forgotten?
