Initially we were approached to purely handle the bookkeeping for Barriers Direct, but as the business owner wanted to focus on growth, the remit for Paper Mountain Solutions increased to incorporate handling the company's administration as well as dealing with the sales and associated product query support.

The business went from success to success with turnover rising rapidly from £200,000 to £1.3 million in the latest financial year - all in a matter of just four years.

Lierre Property Management Limited

This company contacted Paper Mountain Solutions to undertake a review the portfolio of residential properties owned. The remit was to identify whether the company was enjoying the best returns in terms if rental income, but also to ensure the loans advanced to purchase the properties were the best in the market place.

The investigation was duly undertaken and reported to the directors, upon which Paper Mountain Solutions were requested to continue to monitor the performance of the property potfolio, but also manage the properties too.

Savvy Business Limited

Paper Mountain Solutions were approached to prepare a business plan alongside the business owner, with a view to raising finance for this start up venture. Working as closely as we did with the business owner, the remit soon increased to provide full financial and administrative once the financing was forthcoming.

Even in these difficult times and after a number of presentations, the finance was secured providing the initial boost to get the business up and running.
