5. The majority of our clients are on rolling contracts. However, we are able to offer fixed term contracts if required.
6. Yes, each of our clients has a named contact and a team assigned to them.
7. We are data controllers as specified under the Data Protection Act and are regulated as such.
8. All server data is backed up on a daily basis and maintained off-site in case of need. Where we rely on 'cloud' applications (e.g. E-conomic accounting package) we ensure sufficient measures are in place for back-up procedures should they be needed.
9. Our clients are national as well as regional companies and include companies from a wide range of business sectors.
10. While our telephone service requires 48 hours to be set up and running (where a dedicated line is requested), most of our other services can be implemented almost immediately and the timeline tends to be dependent on our client’s ability to transfer information to us.
